Processing Time All products are made to order. Once your order is placed, it typically takes 2–7 business days for production before shipping.
Shipping Times Estimated delivery times after production:
- United States: 3–5 business days
- Canada & United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 10–15 business days
- Rest of World (including Saudi Arabia & Middle East): 10–20 business days
Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.
Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue.
